By accessing or using the Asseteer website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Asseteer is currently in a pre-launch phase. The full platform — including asset browsing, uploading, and community features — has not yet launched. By signing up for launch notifications, you agree only to receive an email notification when the platform goes live. No payment is required and no content is accessible at this time.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Asseteer name, logo, design, text, and graphics — is the property of Asseteer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ASSETEER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (I) THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (IV) THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS INTRODUCED BY THIRD PARTIES OR FACTORS OUTSIDE ASSETEER'S REASONABLE CONTROL.
THAT SAID, ASSETEER IS BUILT AND OPERATED IN GOOD FAITH. WE WILL NOT INTENTIONALLY INTRODUCE ANY HARMFUL CODE, VIRUSES, OR MALICIOUS SOFTWARE THROUGH THE SITE, AND WE WILL TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO MAINTAIN ITS SECURITY AND INTEGRITY.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM ASSETEER OR THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. ASSETEER MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES LINKED TO OR REFERENCED ON THE SITE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asseteer and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
